Food For The Community
Our Food Drive is returning for its 4th year!
Once again, we are partnering with local food shelves and the Salvation Army, who will ensure our donations get into the hands of local families and communities facing food insecurity. We are collecting non-perishable foods between February 28th and March 28th at all Morrie’s Locations. Items that are most requested:
- Rice
- Pasta
- Peanut Butter/Jam/Jelly
- Canned Vegetables/Canned Fruit
Morrie’s Employees Volunteer at Open Arms Kitchen
Every month, over 30 Morrie’s employees volunteer at the Open Arms kitchen to help prepare meals for community members who are chronically-ill. Morrie’s is a proud partner of Open Arms as they aim to make sure no one who is sick has to go without food.
Sonder, a Haus of Sonder Event
We partnered with Haus of Sonder, to bring people and brands together to create a true sense of belonging without barriers. Through engaging and unique experiences that appeal to your senses, the goal was to make people from across the Twin cities feel more alive, authentically connected, and unapologetically themselves. The result? A night that celebrated and exposed people to the creative talents and rich arts scene only the Minneapolis community has to offer. We created a safe space fueled by curiosity and acceptance, that enabled us to express our deep love for the power of community and human curiosity.
Feeding Minds 2023
Each year, Morrie’s partners with local organizations to ensure that backpacks and school supplies are not barriers to education for the children in our communities. With the help of our customers, Morrie’s Auto Group has collected and donated over 50,00 backpacks for students in our communities over the past decade.
Morrie’s Supports Local Schools With A Truck Giveaway
With your help, we raised over $78,000 that we donated to local Wisconsin Schools. After six months of attending local festivals and concerts, we hosted a party to celebrate all the community fundraising efforts. When we presented checks to the schools, they shared their plans for the funds. These donations will be used to enrich the educational experience of students across the community.
Minnesota Black Fashion Week’s First Met Gala
Black Fashion Week had its inaugural Minnesota Met Gala on May 13th at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. The event showcased local talent and featured designs from various fashion designers and brands. Morrie’s is a proud founding sponsor of MN Black Fashion Week.

Morrie’s 394 Hyundai is a proud sponsor of MN United FC. We had the privilege of having a custom wrapped vehicle in front of our dealership this summer to showcase our sponsorship and support of the MN United FC Loons!
Down For The Challenge
Morrie’s took place in the The Salvation Army’s ‘Down for the Challenge’ rappelling event. This event took place at the Mall of America, where about 200 people, including CEO Lance Iserman and multiple other Morrie’s team members, descended the JW Marriott hotel to raise money and awareness in the fight against homelessness.
Wayzata Chilly Open
We had such a great time at the Wayzata Chilly Open. This year’s theme was Vegas, Baby! We went all out, with a shotgun wedding design, where we “Morrie’d” people. It’s an honor to be a consistent sponsor of such an amazing event!
Mother’s Day Mingle
Morrie’s Luxury Auto hosted an exclusive event to celebrate local, women-owned businesses and the mothers that built them. Guests joined us for networking, music, libations, complimentary salon treatments, and viewing of exotic cars. To the mothers and women who do it all, we thank you and are honored you chose to spend an evening with us!
MN High School Rodeo State Finals
Morrie’s was a proud sponsor of the MN High School Rodeo State Finals. The top high school rodeo contenders went head-to-head to win a trip to the National High School Rodeo Finals. The event consisted of bareback bronc riding, pole bending, barrel racing, roping, steer wrestling, bull riding, pony and hay rides, special acts, prizes, and more. We also raffled off and gave away 3 Morrie’s branded YETI coolers.
Morrie’s Giving
We are dedicated to giving back to the community that supports us. Morrie’s works closely with local organizations and non-profits to ensure that we can get donations directly to those in need. We also know that money isn’t everything, which is why we offer our employees 16 hours of annual paid time off to volunteer with an organization of their choosing.
